About Mercibel

Mercibel cassava flour insight

The cassava plant is a staple crop to millions of inhabitants in South America and parts of Asia and Africa.

The plant produces the cassava root (also known as yuca or manioc), a starchy, high carbohydrate tuber similar to yam, taro, plantains, and potato.

Cassava is made from the tuberous root vegetable of the yuca plant and serves as an excellent source of starch. Cassava provides energy you need to fuel your active lifestyle. Adding cassava to your diet offers health benefits because of its vitamin, mineral and fiber content.

Cassava flour is natural gluten-free, grain-free, and nut-free which makes it an excellent alternative to those who have food allergies or sensitivities.

MERCIBEL CASSAVA FLOUR is a Small Scale Industry registered by BRELA vide Certificate No. 404519 of 2nd February 2016 and approved by Small Scale Industries Development Organisation (SIDO) with a Business Licence No.2192031.
