Cake made out of Mercibel Cassava Flour


3 cups cassava flour

250grams margarine

250grams sugar

6 eggs

1 tbsp. baking powder

3 tbsp. vanilla(or lemon peels)

5 tbsp. powder milk

*tbsp (tablespoon)


  1. Mix margarine and sugar until smooth
  2. Add flour, milk and baking powder. Mix till smooth
  3. Add eggs, continue mixing
  4. Add vanilla, continue mixing
  5. Add flavor (lemon peel), continue mixing
  6. Grease the baking tin and pour the mixture half way
  7. Bake at 180℃ for 45 minutes
  8. When done, remove and let cool before serving/packing
