Porridge made by Mercibel Cassava Flour


2 cups of cassava flour

1 tbsp. cinnamon

1/2 tbsp. black pepper

1/4 tbsp. lemon/tamarind juice

3 tbsp. sugar

3 cups water

*tbsp (tablespoon)


  1. Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil
  2. Add cinnamon and black pepper, mix
  3. Put flour on a bowl, add cold water and mix till smooth
  4. Add the bowl mixtire to the pot and continue stirring until starts to boil
  5. Add lemon and tamarind juice
  6. Add sugar for taste
  7. When done, porridge is ready for serving when hot
