Noddle made out of Mercibel Cassava Flour

INGREDIENTS

7 cups cassava flour

1 tbsp. salt

3 tbsp. sugar

7 eggs

1 tbsp. yeast

2 tbsp. vanilla (or lemon peels)

7 tbsp. powder milk

1 tbsp. food colour

2 cups water

*tbsp (tablespoon)

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put flour in a mixing pot
  2. Add salt, milk,yeast, food colour and sgar. Then mix the mixture
  3. Add eggs,continue mixing
  4. Add warm water, continue mixing till smooth
  5. Put the mix in a shaping tool
  6. Squeeze out desired shape into hot oil, turn until brown ready to serve/park
