Cassava made Ugali best food in Africa


4 cups cassava flour

3 cups water


  1. Put water in a pot and allow to boil
  2. Put cassava flour in a bowl and add water to make  a paste then pour into boiling water
  3. Use a flat wooden cooking stick to stir the mixture till it thickens to avoid lumps
  4. Allow to boil for sometime then add more cassava flour in little quantities while pressing to the sides of the pot to remove lumps
  5. Form a round like shape by bring together the dough from the sides of the pot
  6. Transfer the dough in a wide plate by turning the cooking pan down over on top of the plate. Serve with stew of your choice
