Mercibel is a Medium Scale Industry producing organic cassava flour. We undertake value addition to the cassava raw materials which are sourced directly from agriculture groups and individual farmers who form the chain for the supply to the industry.
As a forward linkage to the value addition chain, the cassava flour can be used to produce a range of products such as cakes, noodles, bread, doughnuts, chapatti, biscuits, and many more.
Cassava flour is natural gluten-free, grain-free, and nut-free which makes it an excellent alternative to those who have food allergies or sensitivities
the MERCIBEL CASSAVA FLOUR has been certified and registered by the Tanzania Food and Drugs Authority (TFDA), Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS), Small Industries Development Organisation (SIDO), Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA).
