Tambi by Mercibel Cassava FLour

Ingredients

7 cups Mercibel Cassava flour
1 tbsp. salt 3 tbsp. sugar
7 eggs
1 tbsp. yeast
2 tbsp. vanilla (or lemon peels)
7 tbsp. powder milk
1 tbsp. food color
2 cups water
*tbsp (tablespoon)

Directions

  1. Put flour in a mixing pot
  2. Add salt, milk, yeast, food color, and sugar. Then mix the mixture
  3. Add eggs, continue mixing
  4. Add warm water, and continue mixing till smooth
  5. Put the mix in a shaping tool
  6. Squeeze out the desired shape into hot oil, turn until brown ready to serve/park
