- Put water in a pot and allow it to boil
- Put cassava flour in a bowl and add water to make a paste then pour it into boiling water
- Use a flat wooden cooking stick to stir the mixture till it thickens to avoid lumps
- Allow to boil for some time then add more cassava flour in small quantities while pressing to the sides of the pot to remove lumps
- Form a round-like shape by bringing together the dough from the sides of the pot
- Transfer the dough to a wide plate by turning the cooking pan down over on top of the plate. Serve with a stew of your choice
